Scott Westfall is a Senior Project Manager, responsible for organizing the most appropriate resources for Larkin Group projects, prioritizing tasks in day to day operations, effectively delegating work assignments, resolving issues, and delivering effective solutions. In his previous roles as Director of Environmental Management and Chief of Operations in the United States Air Force, Westfall was well respected for his leadership and award-winning programs, annually recognized as “Best in Command,” “Best in Air Force,” and “Best in Department of Defense.” The effective management style of this retired Lt. Colonel ensures that all site operations are able to run smoothly, while remaining fully in compliance with all applicable regulations and permit conditions.
John Gunderson is the Larkin Group’s Senior Environmental Attorney. He has over 30 years experience as a practicing attorney, both as a legal Chief and advisor in the United States Military. Gunderson is highly regarded for his incisive analysis, attention to subtle detail, and ability to successfully negotiate complex regulatory permits. He has working expertise with the California Coastal Commission from his years at Vandenberg Air Force Base overseeing their legal and environmental teams. Gunderson has in-depth understanding and practical knowledge of federal, state and local regulations, involving key issues such as endangered species, coastal permitting, wetlands, and property.
Margie Reedy Larkin
Margie Reedy Larkin is the Director of Communications and Strategic Marketing for the Larkin Group. Reedy is a veteran television journalist who worked as an anchorperson, reporter and producer for twenty-five years. The award-winning journalist spent most of her career anchoring the evening news in Boston, Massachusetts. She also moderated “NewsNight”, a nightly news interview program that was viewed throughout New England. Reedy previously worked as an anchorperson and reporter in Detroit, Michigan and Austin, Texas. After leaving broadcasting, Reedy Larkin served a fellowship at Harvard University at the Kennedy School of Government’s Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics and Public Policy. She also taught briefly at Tufts University.
Neil Noble is a Senior Project Manager & Trainer who has more than 30 years experience in the golf course industry. He provides a variety of agronomic, turfgrass, equipment selection & maintenance services, with a primary objective of offering sustainable, science-based advice. Noble has worked in over 15 countries and on more than 200 golf courses, many in the design, construction/grow-in phase. He has set-up golf maintenance operations on 30 new courses, and has restructured numerous existing operations, to maximize operational efficiency, while providing excellent course conditions. Noble has worked with many outstanding courses including St Andrews Old Course, Augusta National, Phoenix Country Club/ Miyazaki, Japan and La Botanica G.C./Nicaragua. Neil’s passion is passing on the technical aspects of science-based golf maintenance programs through education and training.
