He is not only the Head Professional at Oakmont Country Club (annually ranked as one of America’s top 10 courses) but also at Seminole Golf Club, another of the nation’s classic courses. Ford is the consummate Club pro, who plays beautifully, teaches masterfully, merchandises intuitively and manages a staff of gentlemen who simply emulate their leader.

A competitor in ten PGA Championships, three U.S. Opens and a dozen Senior Championships, Bob is the unique blend of player and pro. Ford is a member of the PGA Professional Hall of Fame and in 2005 was voted one of Golf Digest’s Top 50 instructors. Through his extensive network and credibility within the industry Ford has developed a placement service that assists clubs in finding talented head and assistant pros, and advises them on golf operations.
