The Larkin Group is an umbrella organization that brings together leading experts in environmentally sustainable and minimalist golf. We are unique among golf project management firms in that we offer the entire range of services that would be needed to create a golf course project : permitting, design, construction and operations, all with a focus on sustainability. We can provide ‘one stop shopping’ to owners who want to build a new, mixed-use project (with a golf course as the central element), or those with existing golf courses who would like to renovate or restore their course. The Larkin Group and our internationally renowned partner, AECOM, have the capacity to deliver on any element of an environmentally sensitive project- from initial design through opening day staffing.

We don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach, but work with property owners to understand and achieve their goals, which could range from using one of our services- to employing the full breadth of our capabilities.We have the team to build new courses, renovate or restore existing courses, or conduct an Environmental Assessment to determine present day compliance and near term Best Practices recommendations to enhance sustainability.  Our team is also equipped to oversee the construction of the clubhouse, any support buildings and other elements your mixed-use project may involve.

Upon determination of the scope of the project, we will assemble the appropriate experts based on the needs of the owner and the project. Although overall project management is our forte, we can also provide individual elements such as conceptual design, final design, permitting or construction.  We work for the economic and environmental sustainability of your business and believe those elements considered in tandem will create a stronger project and prepare you for the future.
